Bourjois Paris CC Cream

If you read my blog, you'll know that I have recently stopped wearing foundation everyday. This doesn't mean that I'm not trying out new products, I love my makeup but I can't be bothered with it every morning.

So a few weeks ago I placed an order full of products that I wanted to try out and review for you guys. One of those products being the "123 Perfect CC Cream" by Bourjois Paris. This CC cream helps reduce imperfections whilst hydrating your skin and protecting it from the sun. It contains three different pigments to correct the imperfections on your skin,

Apricot, anti-fatigue

Green, anti-redness

White, anti-dark spots

My first impression of this wasn't great, I found it really difficult to blend in. It took me a while to get it looking good and blended. I used my Real Techniques stippling brush the first time, and my Real Techniques Expert Face brush the second time. I got the same results both times. Although it did take a while, once it's blended it looks good.

As you can imagine, it doesn't have high coverage. It's a great product to use if you just want to even out your skin tone a bit and hide the odd imperfection, whilst moisturizing your skin and getting the UV protection you need.

I've tried similar things and not got on well with them thanks to my oily skin, but I didn't have that problem with this one. It didn't melt off my face and it didn't go patchy after a few hours.
Texture wise it is a bit runnier than my usual foundation but that's to be expected as it isn't really a foundation.

If you're looking for a light coverage product, then I'd recommend you give this one a go.

Find it here.

  1. I've been looking at this for times when I don't want to wear full foundation, but the shade range is really lacking!!

  2. I actually need a CC cream to move away from foundation, but I need good coverage for my acne scarring, so this probably wouldnt be good haha.
