February favorites.

Now, I am fully aware of how late this is but it's better late than never. February kind of flew by, hence the late upload of my favorites. I didn't realize it was coming to an end.
Like last month, I have a mix of things that I have loved in February.

Let's start with the edible section of my favorites.

If you follow me on Twitter (@Bethanblog) you will know that recently I started a new job. I spend most of my day sitting down in front of a computer and this is the perfect recipe for feeling like you just want to curl up and go to sleep. So I have been on the hunt for things that help you stay awake and don't contain caffeine. I do love coffee but the anxiety it gives me just isn't worth it.
I had tried Belvita biscuits before, but I didn't really enjoy them. But when I was wondering around Sainsburys, I came across these ones with jam on them. It makes a big different. They are delicious and provide you with a little boost to get you through the day.
The tea is the same. As it says on the box, it is full of vitamin B6 and gives you a little boost to help you stay awake. I personally am loving these two!

Now for the makeup part.

I was on the hunt for a new foundation and came across this one. Honestly, I love it. I have already restocked it. It gives great coverage and a little goes a long way. The price is under £10 and it lasts through out the day. What more do you want?
Under my foundation, I use my L'Oreal Infallible primer. I have been using this one for a while now and when it ran out, I decided to give a different one ago. After using the new one for a week, I decided to go out and repurchase the L'Oreal one. I love it. It's great for oily skin too.
For my eyes I have always used a liquid eye liner, they are so easy to use! But I decided to give Rimmels gel liner a go. I thought it would take me ages to get the hang of it but it didn't. It comes with a brush to apply it and it's not as hard as it seems. I don't use it on my day to day because it takes me a bit longer to apply this, but when I have a bit of extra time I always reach for this.

In the brush department,

If you have read my Real Techniques review you will know that I recently decided to start collecting Real Techniques brushes. I bought a set and loved them, so I decided to keep buying them. The main ones I have been loving are these two. The foundation brush and stippling brush. I absolutely love the way the leave your makeup! The best foundation brush I have had, for sure.

I hope you enjoyed reading my February favorites! I will definitely get it up earlier next month. If you have tried any of these products or recommend any, let me know in the comments.

New blog post every Wednesday and Sunday at 7pm.

  1. Everyone's loving that foundation at the moment, I need to try it. I'm not sure about the base though, I never really use a base (woops) x

    1. It's a great foundation, let me know how you get on! :) x
