Bathing With Cupcakes

I'm a big fan of bath creamers, I'd take a bath creamer over a bath bomb any day. I find that bath bombs, although they smell nice and look pretty, they don't really do much to my skin. Bath creamers on the other hand do wonders. So I ordered a few Patisserie De Bain bath creamers, I've tried a few of their products and always liked them so I knew buying the Cranberries & Cream Bath Tartlettes was a good shout.

Garnier Pure Challenge || The Results

I was doing my usual and binge watching vlogs on Youtube about two months ago, when an ad for Garnier's 28 Day Pure Challenge popped up. It was your usual kind of skin care advert where she uses the product, splashes her face and 28 days later her skin looks great. It made me wonder if it actually worked. I do like Garnier's products and use them quite often, but I thought I'd put these range to the test.

Smell Sweet With Patisserie De Bain*

A few weeks ago I arrived home from work to find a lovely surprise package from Patisserie De Bain. It made my day as I love their products, they smell amazing and have a wide range of products to select from.

"These delightful body mists from Patisserie de Bain are adorable to look at and mouth-wateringly good to smell. Brighten up your day with a spritz of out sweet body mists."

Relaxing In An Old Asylum

If you follow me on Twitter you´ll know that I recently went to the Bannatyne Spa at Fairfield Hall near Hitchin. My brother got me a spa day gift card for Christmas and I finally got round to using it. The gift card was a Spa day for two and treatment for one, so I took Issy along with me. Who better to take on a relaxing spa day than my loud northern friend?
The main reason we decided to go to this one was the pool. When we checked it out online it looked amazing, we were eager to find out if it actually looked like that in real life.
As soon as we got there we were amazed by the building, before we'd even stepped inside we were amazed. We later found out that the building used to be an asylum, which was creepy but also really interesting. The building has so much character, it made an amazing place for a spa.

MAD-BEAUTY Pampering*

When MAD BEAUTY contacted me to review some of their products from their new range, I was very excited to get my hands on them and find out if they were any good or they were just a gimmick. The packaging is cute, the prices are good and they offer so many different products, so were they actually any good?

Starting Your Day The Right Way*

Getting up in the morning is a task in itself, but managing to actually stay awake throughout the day... well that's even more difficult. At least it is for me. I find that how I start my day has massive impact on how it turns out. So when We Love Coffee offered to send me some of their amazing coffee, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to write a post on starting your day the right way.
Because I'm a poet and I didn't know it.

Behind The Blog Photos

I've been blogging for a while now and one thing that I'm always trying to improve is my blogs photography. The first thing that gets someone's attention is always going to be the photo. It may not be the reason some reads the post but it will be what grabs their attention to start off with. So having photos that I am happy with is very important to me.
Since I started blogging, the quality of my photos has improved a lot. I have also slowly found and developed my own style, and found different ways to edit.

Purple Smokey Eyes

I love playing with my makeup but as a person that isn't very outgoing, I don't really ever have the occasion to get dressed up and looking nice. So the other day, when I was getting ready to take some outfit photos for the blog, I decided to also film my makeup and share it with you guys.

Getting Out Of a Blog-Life Crisis

Running a blog is hard work, especially if you work full time too. It's not just writing the posts, it's taking the photos, coming up with ideas, testing out products, maintaining the blog, etc... If you blog, you know what I mean.

Having recently gone through a blog-life crisis myself, I thought I'd share a few tips on keeping motivated, and getting back into the flow of things.
